• All data provided by the client remains the sole property of the client.

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect the data collected against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, we do not guarantee absolute security and are not liable for breaches resulting from:

• Client negligence in safeguarding access credentials.

• Third-party integrations or services beyond our control.

• Force majeure events or unforeseen circumstances.

We reserve the right to sell, rent, or share client data with third parties for services including but not limited to that following:

• Fulfill contractual obligations to the client.

• Comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with trusted service providers under strict confidentiality agreements.

Data collected through the Services will be retained at any length of time, at the discretion of Immix Concepts, LLC.

• Client’s failure to comply with security best practices.

• Misuse of the Services by the client or their users.

• Actions of third parties outside our reasonable control.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring the data provided complies with all applicable privacy laws and regulations.

• Notifying their users of any data collection or processing performed via the Services.

• Securing access credentials and managing user permissions appropriately.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
